T0 APARTMENT - TRINDADE - PORTO Facing Travessa de Alferes Malheiro, the project involves intervention in a typical Porto house and its conversion into a multi-family building with five housing units: 1 T0 apartment + Balcony - 43.00m2 Turnkey: Equipped, furnished and decorated by the LASKASAS Group Living room, kitchen and bedroom, laundry room and bathroom. In the heart of Porto, close to Porto City Hall and next to the Trindade Metro. The strategy involved preserving the construction system and maintaining the principles of spatial organization, seeking a non-intrusive intervention, where the perennial merges with the ephemeral and the past with the present. The building combines the demands of contemporary comfort with the romanticism of typical Porto construction, creating a unique and captivating whole, appealing both for temporary housing and for tourist use.
