Susana Marques - DS IMOBILIÁRIA

About Susana Marques

My name is Susana Marques, and real estate has been part of my professional life for 25 years.

I work with properties, but I never forget that on the other side are People.

People with dreams, expectations, concerns and decisions that can change their lives. Homes that often represent years of hard work, effort and sacrifice. And moments when making the right decision can make all the difference.

With 25 years in the real estate market, and a career that has also included training other professionals in the industry, I have learned that experience matters, but it is not enough. You need to know how to listen, understand that every situation is unique, and have the integrity to say what you genuinely think, even when it may not be what the client wants to hear.

I do not believe in one-size-fits-all solutions, or in doing business at any cost. I believe in offering knowledgeable advice, explaining things transparently, and supporting each person with the respect their decisions and their life deserve.

Because, to me, trust is neither something you ask for nor something you promise. It is built along the way, through honesty, expertise and responsibility.

And there is something I consider more important than completing a sale: reaching the end of the process knowing that the person who placed their trust in me feels they have made the best decision.

That is the kind of relationship I strive to build with every client. Read more
