The property we present is located in the Upper Douro sub-region of the Douro Demarcated Region and is part of the classified Douro Vinhateiro area, considered a World Heritage Site.
Its slopes and valleys cover a large part of an area of approximately 70 hectares: 20 Hectares are the olive grove and bush
50 Hectares make up the vineyards. The olive grove confronts directly with the river Douro.
